About me
I began my career by pursuing a PhD in physics, following the conventional path toward a stable and secure future. However, I soon realized that it is unfulfilling. Art, on the other hand, has always been my true passion. Even during periods when life pulled me away from it, I would always find my way back to creating. Every moment spent drawing brings me joy, and I knew I wanted to dedicate more of my time to it.
After completing my PhD, I began to draw more frequently and started sharing my work with friends and eventually the world. It was daunting at first—I wasn’t sure how people would respond. To my delight, the reactions were overwhelmingly positive. Seeing how my art brought joy to others sparked something in me. It felt like an opportunity to create meaningful connections through my work.
With a mix of courage and curiosity, I decided to test the waters by participating in my first in-person vending event. To my surprise and gratitude, total strangers visited my booth, resonated with my work, and purchased stickers and art prints.
Now, every sticker, print, or commission I create is made with the hope of bringing meaning and joy to others. My art is a reflection of my heart, and sharing it has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my life.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I’m so excited to share my creations with you and to spread a little brightness through my art.
Krazy ket lady name origin: The name is a playful twist on the term “crazy cat lady,” but with a nod to my background in quantum physics. In quantum mechanics, the “ket” (|⟩) represents quantum states in Dirac notation, a concept I worked with for decades.
Trust fund babies
Lily (Orange-white tabby cat)
Lily is a timid and gentle soul, full of quirks that make her endearing to those who know her. Born around December 2019 or January 2020, she epitomizes the "COVID kitty" persona—reserved and decidedly anti-social. Adopted in September 2020, she quickly became the queen of her household, living a pampered life as a trust fund baby.
Despite her shyness, Lily has a heart of gold for her favorite humans, showering them with cuddles and loud, soothing purrs. However, her affection is an exclusive privilege; she prefers to keep her distance from unfamiliar faces.
Lily’s cautious nature extends to her interactions with her feline sibling, Nemo. When asked to assist with sticker quality control, she panics and opts out entirely, earning her the playful title of “Chief Complaint Officer.” Her unique personality adds charm and character to her family.
Nemo (Tuxedo cat)
Continuing the floral theme inspired by his sister Lily, Nemo was named after Nemophila menziesii ‘Penny Black’. At the shelter, he was originally called Billy. Sadly, much of his backstory remains a mystery, except for the heartbreaking detail that he was abandoned in an apartment before a kind neighbor brought him to safety. Fortunately, Nemo found his forever home in May 2024 and has been a cherished member of the family ever since.
Estimated to be two years old at the time of his adoption, Nemo takes his role in the household very seriously. As the “Chief Quality Control Officer,” he meticulously inspects every new sticker design, ensuring they meet his exacting standards. His dedication to his work—and his charm—makes him an invaluable part of the team.
